Lyn specialises in the assessment and development of leaders and executives at all levels in both private and public organisations. She works across a broad range of sectors including: Banking, insurance, retail, aviation, education, NHS, Government departments, construction.
Lyn began her career in HR with a national retail company, where she headed up their graduate recruitment and development programme and introduced psychometrics into the assessment process. She moved to SHL to manage a team of occupational psychologists and lead projects across the spectrum of their consultancy offering. This included psychometric test and personality questionnaire design and development, delivering their full range of training programmes and designing and delivering recruitment, assessment and development projects for a wide range of clients across industry sectors. Lyn has been an independent consultant for over 20 years, focussing on executive recruitment, leadership development, team building, and executive coaching.
Music is a big part of life for Lyn and her family and she and her husband also love to spend time in the mountains, skiing, walking and cycling – ideally with their three adult children!
