Kate Pearlman-Shaw

Individual and Team Coach

For over 30 years Kate has specialised in helping human beings to change their behaviours: for the first 18 years as a UK NHS Clinical Psychologist and leader, for the last 17 years using these same skills as a leadership development expert internationally in private and public sector organisations.

Kate uses behavioural leadership development methods to help senior leaders behave even more effectively in a range of key leadership situations. Her expertise lies in taking complex and current psychological, neuroscientific and leadership theories turning these into easily understandable, practical and personalised leadership approaches. These methods help leaders change how they interact, approach their roles and crucially, make substantive changes in their organisations. Kate offers Executive, team and therapeutic coaching (the latter going a little deeper), leadership development programmes and modules, and top team development.

Kate likes to be outdoors as much as possible, when confined to indoors she reads about being outdoors and loves American dramas on TV.
