Jay Roseveare
Associate
Jay specialises in leadership development and coaching. He has extensive experience of assessment and the interpretation of a wide variety of psychometric instruments. Directly or as an associate he has now worked as a coach in both public and private sectors, and in industries which include the professions, pharmaceuticals, publishing, insurance, education, engineering, space, tourism, the emergency services, IT and healthcare.
Jay originally studied law, going on to qualify as a Chartered Secretary and to move into operational and change management to managing director level. Interest in the motivational aspects of leadership led him to requalify as a psychologist and to build a private practice supporting senior managers. Issues raised by senior leaders, both those in post and those themselves considering moves into consultancy, led Jay in parallel to undertake doctoral research into leadership loneliness and the factors influencing individual effectiveness in situations (whether actually or perceived to be) isolated.
In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, long walks, and growing trees.
