Emma Haddleton

Emma specialises in the assessment and development of executives at all levels of both private and public organisations. She works on a global platform across a range of sectors including: aerospace; financial services; FMCG; high technology; manufacturing; media; military; oil and gas; outsourcing; pharma; professional services; and retail.

Emma began her career researching technology solutions to flexible working and military performance under pressure. She then worked in the City of London where she led people solutions teams within major transformational change programmes and had a senior role for a City headhunter working in M&A and high change environments. She then created, built and led two successful assessment and practice development consultancies.

In her spare time Emma likes to run, swim and spend time with her husband, three children and their dog, Sydney.

Mark Jury

Mark’s background is in law. He qualified in the City of London and worked for many years at Norton Rose Fullbright LLP specialising in complex infrastructure and outsourcing projects. In 2008, Mark moved his practice to Top 100 law firm Ashfords LLP where he was a Partner, sitting on the Board from 2009. He was Joint CEO from 2012 being responsible for the strategic direction and day to day management of the business.   

Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in strategic and operational leadership and heads all operational aspects of Haddleton Knight.   

In his spare time, Mark likes to play golf, run, drink wine and spend time with his family.
